These 4 shades met my EVERY EXPECTATION.
So they ARE liquid, and if you're not using liquid, they can be tricky to work with initially, but I've been dabbing a bit on the back of my hand and then applying from there. They do stay damp long enough to build the shades, and I've gotten SO many compliments!
I'm half-temped to start trying to see if I can take this approach for a little pop of collar bone highlight, too, just for funsies.
These products are absolutely amazing, on their own or over eyeshadow. Alittle goes along way and they sparkle, don't crease on the lid. I have sensitive skin and they don't irritate. Highly recommended
