When creating our concealer, our CEO Jolie Cash had some issues she wanted to resolve with formulas she had tried. Many concealers were too wet and liquidy, moving throughout the day, causing creasing and enhancing lines under the eyes! In the past, the solution for this was to use a heavy hand with setting powder or using baking to set. Unfortunately, for anyone who moves their face during the day (which we are sure are most of us!) the powder will crease too leading to even drier undereye and exaggerated lines.
Therefore, we wanted to create a concealer that set down the perfect amount. Both on the undereye, and the rest of the face. Without the need for excessive use of setting powder! After months of failed formulations. Finally, the Second Skin Concealers were perfected.
Our range of Second Skin Concealers are extremely lightweight in the formula but contain the perfect amount of pigment to easily cover dark under-eye circles and also any blemishes on the face. Their self-setting and creaseless properties will leave you with your brightest and smoothest under eyes ever. Use on its own, or with a slight pat of setting powder and you are good to go.

Perfect coverage! Long lasting!

Love this so much, I mix it with a drop of face oil and some liquid highlighter and use it as foundation as it’s the only thing that actually matches my very pale yet olive skin tone!! (Shade 4)

It’s only once in a blue moon that I wear foundation, but this has become my daily must have. It’s perfect for putting a dab under the eyes to hide dark circles, whilst still looking very natural and you can’t see there’s makeup unless you really look. After watching the release video and seeing jolie talk about how it doesn’t sit in the creases and knowing from previous experience that jolie’s products never disappoint, I thought why not give it a go? I fell in love after the first use. It’s true that it doesn’t sit in the creases and you get about 2-4 times the amount in this one bottle, than I’ve seen from pretty much every other brand. You don’t need lots of product in one area, but it also gives a very good coverage without being too watery or having to build it up. This is perfect if you just want a brighter look without committing to a full face of makeup. I put a skin tone eyeshadow over the top to set it and then it stays all day long, no matter how many times I pull my helmet on and off or how many times I touch my face and rub my eyes. One thing I did pick up on from another review though (not a negative, more of an fyi), the shades do come up just a little bit lighter than they’re shown on the site- I think that’s because of the screens rather than something done on purpose. I’ve got a very light tan on my face and went for shade 05, baring in mind the comment about it being slightly lighter and this shade is perfect for me. Highly recommend to anyone 😁
