Thought they may have mislabelled the shade so got in contact and they told me to 'dig in' to the product and basically told me how to do makeup which i already KNOW how to do. The 'bone' shade is apparently a warm brown grey, even after "digging in", complete WASTE OF MONEY. Sent photos and it DOESNT match the pale grey pictured. It seems this is a regular complaint as theres a makeup artist who uses colour theroy to prove this doesnt match on tictok ect. They dont say its jolie beauty but after my experience and review i KNOW it is now. Was told management will review the product. No offers to amend the issue, just told i was wrong. Dont buy unless you want to waste monsy and get insulted at the same time
Jolie Beauty quality has gone down hill dramatically since my last purchase. The pigments in this pallette are kinda weak and instead of the glitter eyeshadows, its more like loose glitter and with no base pigment and the fallout is terrible. Wouldnt buy again, beauty bay quality far exceeds this pallette. Get that instead and get your moneys worth!

The color story is exactly what I hoped for: dark, smoky, dramatic, and surprisingly wearable. You'll find rich matte blacks, moody greys, haunting purples, deep metallic silvers, and enough shimmer to make you look like you've just wandered out of a haunted cathedral after an all-night concert.
The mattes blend beautifully without becoming muddy, which is always my biggest concern with darker shades. The metallics are where this palette really shines—they have that molten, almost wet-looking finish that catches the light without looking chunky or glittery.
Packaging-wise, Jolie Beauty absolutely understood the assignment. The artwork captures Ozzy's unmistakable gothic aesthetic without feeling cheesy or overdone. It feels like something you'd proudly display alongside your favorite vinyl collection rather than hide away in a makeup drawer.
Is it a palette you'll use every single day? Maybe not—unless your daily aesthetic is "friendly neighborhood vampire," which, honestly, I fully support. But there are enough neutral smoky tones mixed with the dramatic shades that creating softer everyday looks is entirely possible.
As both a longtime goth and an Ozzy fan, this collaboration feels genuinely authentic. It doesn't rely on nostalgia alone; it's a well-made palette that stands on its own merits. Whether you're creating a subtle smoky eye or channeling full-on "Bark at the Moon" energy, it delivers.

I’m obsessed with these lip stains. You have to be careful when you put it on and let it dry down well before doing much with your mouth - trust me I accidentally dyed my teeth bright red on the first use. But once I figured it out, it was so good. It stays on all day through meals and drinks. I’m a chapstick addict with dry lips so I usually apply a little gloss or lip butter on top for some extra moisture, but these stains don’t make my lips feel overly dry like other stains have in the past. I’m extremely lazy and hate to reapply, so this works perfect for me. I get so many compliments on the color and look polished with little effort.
Between the ozzy palette and his palette take my money !! Im in love and get such compliments. The picture doesnt do justice.
