Fairly poor customer service notwithstanding, I really love this palette. The mattes are pigmented without being overwhelming, and they blend beautifully without staining my eyelids. The shimmers and duo/multichromes are the most beautiful eyeshadows I have ever used. There is a slight smell to the palette, but it doesn’t stay once the product is applied. I suspect it’s the glue in the packaging itself. I am so impressed with this palette!
