Satisfaction Guarantees

All items that have a satisfaction guarantee are noted on their product description. Do note - Not all products on site apply. Here are the general Terms & Conditions of any product marked with a satisfaction guarantee. Please read through PRIOR to your purchase to understand the nature of the guarantee.


To have a valid return:

- Must be the first purchase of that product to the - mailing address, email OR name. 

- Product dissatisfaction must be reported within 7 days of the product being delivered to your address.

- You must not have subscribed to our monthly or bi-monthly subscription service.


Please note:

- You must cover the postage costs of the return and follow the postage instructions given to you by our customer service representatives.

- Bottles of liquid products must be 90 per cent full, this will be measured on return. Items used more than this are not valid for a refund.

- Consistency and ingredients of liquid products are checked by our lab upon return. If we determine anything has been changed by the consumer, we will refuse the refund.
