Dispatch

Orders are dispatched on Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm GMT.

Usually, 99.9% of orders are dispatched on the same day (within the above hours), however there may be delays in very busy periods (Christmas, Black Friday, Cyber Monday) and other large sales of up to 2 working days. This will be listed clearly on the site of there is a delay period like this.

Pre order items will be dispatched near the date stated on the product listing. However, this is just an estimated date. Do not add other "in stock items" to your pre-order, order, or they will be dispatched at the same time, unless we are notified to act otherwise and dispatch the goods separately. It is best to create two orders to avoid this.
